All you need to do it log into your account and log into “My Account” and select the order to track. Once you select the order you will be able to see tracking information with a link to track your shipping.
Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). The carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so be sure to keep an eye on the order and tracking information.
We use several shipping methods: Standard shipping, Expedited shipping, and Express Shipping.
We value every single customer and work hard to get each item delivered. Normally you’ll received your order in 7-25 days from the date it was placed.

In the unfortunate case that one our products arrive damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the shipping box and the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request.
